Today's U.S. artillery contains the sophisticated weapons system,
the M270 Multiple Launch Rocket System. As the 1st Infantry
Division's MLRS/TA battalion, the mission of the 1st Battalion,
33rd Field Artillery is to acquire counter-fire targets and provide
rocket and missile fire to support the Division's operations with
fire and support.

Hameenlinna-Parolanummi's armored brigade is the armored fist of
the Finnish Army. Equipped with T-72 tank and BMP infantry fighting
vehicle, the brigade also fields 2S1 self-propelled gun, SISU
Roland anti-aircraft missiles system and Buk-M1-2 SAM.
